By using www.rovefield.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy from us.

The site and store are operated by RoveField ("RoveField," "we," "us"). RoveField is the seller of every product on this site. Our Shipping & Return Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you're younger, a parent or guardian must place the order and accept these Terms.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we accept your order and send it to production. We may refuse or cancel an order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, a pricing or listing error, or an item that can't be produced. If we cancel, we'll refund any amount you paid.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and don't include shipping or taxes, which are shown at checkout. We try to list prices accurately. If an item is listed at the wrong price, we'll contact you before shipping and let you confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Applicable sales taxes are calculated and collected at checkout where required. You're responsible for any taxes, or fees charged by your state or county.

Payments are processed by Shopify. By placing an order, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Sometimes an order needs more information before it can be produced, such as a confirmed address. If that happens, we'll email you. If we can't resolve it within 14 days, we may cancel the order and refund you.

You can change or cancel an order only before production starts, as described in our Shipping & Return Policy.

RoveField products are made to order by Printful, Inc., our production and fulfillment partner. When you order, Printful prints, cuts, sews, packs, and ships your item on our behalf. Printful may make and ship items from facilities in the U.S. or other countries.

RoveField is your seller

Your purchase is a contract between you and RoveField only. Printful is not a party to it. Send all questions, claims, and requests about your order to us, not to Printful. We'll work with Printful to resolve them.

Information we share with Printful

To make and deliver your order, we share your name, shipping address, email address, phone number (if provided), and order details with Printful. Printful processes this information on our behalf to fulfill your order and shares delivery details with shipping carriers. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Substitutions

If the base garment for your item is out of stock, it may be replaced with a comparable alternative so your order isn't delayed. If you'd rather wait or cancel, contact us before your order enters production.

Changes to our fulfillment partner

We may change or add production partners at any time. These Terms apply to your order no matter which partner makes it.

Printful is a trademark of Printful, Inc. RoveField is not owned by or affiliated with Printful beyond using its production services.

Every item is printed and finished individually, so small differences between your item and the photos on our site are normal and are not defects.

•      Color: Screens display color differently, so printed colors may not match exactly what you see online. On large areas, black may print slightly gray.

•      All-over prints: Each all-over-print item is printed on fabric, then cut and sewn. The pattern's exact position at seams and edges varies from item to item.

•      Fabric and stretch: Fabric texture can show through the print. When printed fabric stretches, you may see fine cracks or the white base fabric, especially at seams and cuffs.

•      Sizing: Measurements on our size charts are approximate. Please compare them to a garment you already own before ordering.

We may update product details, materials, and specifications without notice. A misprint, damage, or a manufacturing defect is covered under our Shipping & Return Policy.

Shipping times, costs, lost-package claims, returns, and refunds are covered in our Shipping & Return Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Final delivery is handled by third-party carriers, which may deliver to your door, a post office, a parcel locker, or another pickup point. We can't guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes.

Title to your items and the risk of loss pass to you when your order is handed to the carrier, except where local law requires otherwise. Even so, we'll replace or refund packages lost in transit as described in our Shipping & Return Policy. If tracking shows a package was delivered, any claim for loss after delivery must be made with the carrier.

Please enter your shipping details carefully. We aren't responsible for missed deliveries caused by an incorrect name, address, or phone number entered at checkout.

Our designs and brand

The RoveField name, logo, camouflage patterns, product designs, photos, and site content belong to RoveField. Buying a product gives you the item, not the right to copy its design. You may not reproduce, sell, or create derivative works from our patterns or designs, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.

Reviews and submissions

If you post a review, photo, or other content, or send us feedback, you give RoveField a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and share it in connection with our business. You confirm you have the right to share it and that it doesn't violate anyone's rights or the law. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

•      Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to place fraudulent orders

•      Copy, scrape, or harvest content or data from the site by automated means

•      Interfere with the site's security or operation, including by uploading malicious code

•      Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

•      Order products for delivery to any country, region, or person subject to U.S. sanctions or embargoes

We may suspend access or cancel orders connected to a violation of these Terms.

Product promise

We promise that your items will arrive free of material defects, damage, and misprints. If they don't, your remedy is a replacement or refund under our Shipping & Return Policy. Any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to 30 days from delivery, to the extent the law allows.

RoveField apparel is casual clothing. It is not protective equipment, is not hunter approved clothing, and does not meet any visibility, safety, or insect-protection requirement for hunting or other outdoor activity.

The site

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful code.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoveField and its owners, employees, and service providers, including our fulfillment partners, are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

Some states and countries don't allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless RoveField and its service providers from claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or content you submit.

Resolving problems

If you have a problem with an order or these Terms, please email us first. We'll try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that we can't resolve informally will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia, and you and RoveField consent to those courts. Either of us may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court instead. Nothing in these Terms takes away consumer rights that the law of your home state or country gives you and that can't be waived.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the new version with a new "Last updated" date. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.

General

These Terms, with our Shipping & Return Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and RoveField about your use of the site and your purchases. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it.
